Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Regression is based on the work of Dr. Michael
Newton, as described in his books "Journey of Souls," "Destiny
of Souls, and Life Between Lives" In a spiritual regression, you are led back in time to your
past life, with the help of deep trance (hypnosis). You observe your death and then
proceed into the spirit world where you meet with your Spirit Guide,
Council of Elders and your Soul Group Family. Your soul group has been
with you throughout countless incarnations. This experience provides you with the the opportunity to explore how and why you chose some of your
current life circumstances and relationships. Although you are in deep
trance, you are awake, alert, and conscious of all that you experience.
Most people question what their life purpose really is. This journey is an
opportunity to access your subconscious mind and soul state, and this
helps you to know on a deeper level what your life purpose is.
Through being with your Soul Family, you learn how you have known friends

Therapists who have completed an advanced LBL
hypnotherapy training have differing personalities, academic backgrounds,
practical experience, fee structures and skill areas. Whereas geographic
proximity will likely be a major factor in whom you decide to contact, also
keep in mind that entering into the deep trance necessary for LBL has much
to do with the rapport and trust you feel towards your practitioner. In this
electronic age of emails and websites, sometimes the human element is
under-emphasized. If you are considering calling Jan Meryl as your
Spiritual Regressionist. It is suggested that you take the time to
call and talk on the telephone to schedule your appointment (rather
than doing so only by email) so you can get to know one another
prior to meeting; indeed most LBL practitioners will require a phone
conversation with prospective clients prior to scheduling. That way, rapport
has a chance to begin even before you meet. Additionally, Spiritual
Regression practitioners typically desire that prospective clients have had
at least one prior exposure to hypnosis, preferably Past Life Regression,
before an LBL session is scheduled.
